Procedures & Treatments

Each service follows the same protocols and documentation standards as an in-clinic visit. The location changes. The standard does not.

A qualified physician visits your home with the equipment needed for a thorough consultation. This includes physical examination, vitals recording, and prescription or referral as needed. All notes are documented in your patient portal.

What to Expect

The doctor arrives within the scheduled window, conducts a full consultation including history review, examination, and any basic diagnostic tests available in a portable kit. You receive a summary and next-steps plan before the visit ends.

After the Visit

Prescriptions are shared digitally. If follow-up labs or imaging are needed, our coordination team schedules them. Your records update automatically in the patient portal.

Duration 30 – 60 min
Availability Mon – Sat

A secure, HD video call with your Ormane doctor. Ideal for follow-ups, medication reviews, discussing test results, or initial consultations for non-emergency concerns. No travel required.

What to Expect

You receive a link 15 minutes before the appointment. The consultation runs like an in-clinic visit: history discussion, visual examination where applicable, and a documented care plan. Screen-sharing is available for reviewing reports together.

After the Consultation

A visit summary, prescriptions, and any referral letters are shared to your patient portal within one hour. If an in-person visit is determined necessary, our team schedules it immediately.

Duration 20 – 30 min
Availability 7 days a week

Structured post-operative care delivered at home. Includes wound assessment, dressing changes, medication management, and progress documentation for your surgeon to review.

What to Expect

A trained nurse or physician visits on a schedule determined by your surgeon. Each visit includes wound inspection, vitals check, pain assessment, and medication compliance review. Photos are taken for your surgeon to monitor healing remotely.

Recovery

Visits continue until your surgeon clears you. If any complication is observed, the team escalates directly to your operating surgeon — not a call centre, not a general line.

Duration As scheduled
Availability Per surgical protocol

A certified physiotherapist conducts sessions at your home. Covers post-surgical rehabilitation, musculoskeletal therapy, neurological physiotherapy, and mobility training for elderly patients.

What to Expect

The physiotherapist brings portable equipment for the session. Each visit includes assessment, guided exercises, manual therapy as needed, and a home exercise programme you follow between visits. Progress is tracked and shared with your referring doctor.

Recovery

Session frequency varies from daily (post-surgical) to weekly (maintenance). Your physiotherapist adjusts the plan based on measurable progress markers, not arbitrary timelines.

Duration 45 – 60 min
Availability Mon – Sat

Our trained phlebotomist visits your home to collect blood samples, urine samples, or other specimens. Samples are transported in controlled conditions to our accredited partner laboratory.

What to Expect

The phlebotomist arrives with all necessary supplies, follows standard specimen collection protocols, and ensures proper labelling and chain-of-custody documentation. The process takes 10-15 minutes.

Results

Reports are available on your patient portal within 24-48 hours. Your doctor reviews them and contacts you if any value requires attention. Routine results are accessible anytime via the portal.

Collection Time 10 – 15 min
Results 24 – 48 hours

Wearable and connected-device data — blood pressure, glucose levels, heart rate, oxygen saturation — transmitted to our clinical team for ongoing monitoring. Alerts trigger proactive outreach before a problem escalates.

What to Expect

We set up your monitoring devices during an initial home visit or clinic appointment. Data syncs automatically to our clinical dashboard. A dedicated care coordinator reviews your data daily and escalates anomalies to your physician.

Ongoing Care

You receive weekly summary reports. If readings fall outside your personalised thresholds, our team contacts you within hours — not days. Medication adjustments and specialist referrals happen without waiting for your next appointment.

Monitoring Continuous
Review Frequency Daily by clinical team
